With few exceptions, companies must first file a complaint with Ville de Montréal or one of its related bodiesRelated bodies include, but are not limited to : the Société de transport de Montréal, the Société du Parc Jean-Drapeau, the Office municipal d’habitation de Montréal, the Autorité régionale de transport métropolitain and BIXI Montréal.
The reconstituted cities of Greater Montréal are under the jurisdiction of the Autorité des marchés publics.
If you have a question about whether a body is related to Ville de Montréal or not, you can call the Office of Inspector General hotline for clarification. by the deadline for receiving complaints shown on the SEAO. If you are not satisfied with the body’s decision, you can request a review of the decision by the Office of Inspector General.
